Artist's note:
"The newspaper glued on the background represents the
news media. The yellow background represents hope, the purple cross on the figures forehead represents courage, the different
languages written in red is a call for help spread the awareness of AIDS around the World. The inverted figure represents
how AIDS turned it's life upside down."
My cousin Edward donated this painting in observance
of World's Aids Day.
